Welcome to Six Points

Promoting Independence, Productivity and Full Participation Within the Community


Our Mission

The mission of Six Points is to provide education, training, assistance and support to all developmentally disabled children, adults and their families in Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties, such that these individuals reach their highest functioning levels and become integrated into our society as independent, productive, contributing citizens. Further, our mission is to advocate for these individuals and increase the awareness of all residents concerning the special needs of the disabled in our community.


Resource Guide

To individuals and families in Six Points Evaluation and Training' service area: An important Colorado Department of Human Services memorandum  is being distributed so that individuals and families have an opportunity to provide direct input to the Division for Developmental Disabilities on the Self-Determination Process. Please review the memo for criteria for participation. The deadline is March 12, 2004.
